They justify it in their heads by making a list of criticisms of capitalism and only looking at that while ignoring criticisms of other systems.  After a while, they brainwash themselves to the point where we obviously need to remove capitalism. 

 

Society is also doing this with religion.  Many people make up a list of complaints about religion and only focus on that.  They refuse to think about all the good things religion does to help the poor.  After a while, they brainwash themselves into a raging hatred of religion.

It was all explained to us 35 years ago and has survived the collapse of the Soviet Union. Had I heard this back then, I'd have thought it absurd and impossible, but the man is absolutely prescient, what he's describing is absolutely the situation in 2019 when you listen with 2019 ears. This is why Russia has like 20 military bases ringing the arctic pointing straight at the US and is furiously modernizing them and getting ready for a huge war.  This is why China is furiously building up its army.  They both know and understand this.  They can CLEARLY see the US is headed for civil war.  Russia has admitted it several times:  they see the US headed for a civil war and they need a huge fookin army to be ready for the fallout.  Russia and China know they have no choice but to invade the US and try to settle it down because there are no adults in charge in the US anymore at any level and its all big babies crying about issues and wrecking everything now.
