RedzoneMonster 102 Posted August 19, 2019 Is this real? If so, can I join your league next year? So you’re telling me you got CMC at 1.4? Suspect... You got M. Thomas at 2.8? Suspect... D. Williams at 3.4? Suspect... Lockett at 4.8? Believable. Watson and Ridley at either 5.4 and 6.8? Suspect... If this is real you made out incredibly.
SAMISDAD 0 Posted August 19, 2019 Yes, only I took Watson in the 4th, Ridley in the 5th, Lockett in the 6th and James White in the 7th

NON-PPR, I can see that. While McCaffery is a top 4 guy, I've seen the top 4 in all orders. I can also see Thomas falling that far as well because of the same reason. I got him at 2.02 in a half PPR. I know ADP says Williams at 2.9, but 7 picks later isn't unrealistic. Honestly, if Lockett when in the 6th, I'd see that as more believable than his ADP which I think is absurdly high. Skinny_Bastard 154 Posted August 19, 2019 Good job. I like it, but we all know it's not how it looks on paper after daft night...it's what you do the rest of the season. Good luck.
jrokh 569 Posted August 19, 2019 I'd like your team better if it was ppr, especially your rb's. James White, Jaylen Samuels and even CMC are high volume pass catchers. Here are my position grades. QB: A-. Hard to get better without Mahomes. RB: B-. CMC saves you from a worse grade, but as I mentioned you could have problems all season at RB2. WR: B+. Your top 3 are nice, depth is not. TE:B. Vance is fine, wouldn't count on top 5 numbers though.

stonewall 647 Posted August 20, 2019 Good team on paper. RB's could us some depth, but that is a position that can be manipulated in=season.

Hmmm, I disagree with your suspect comments. CMC went at the 1.04 of a large money draft I was in. Kamara, Zeke and Barkley all went before him. Even with Zeke not reporting yet, he was still taken at the 1.03. CMC at 1.04 is very plausible. M. Thomas going at the 2.8 is crazy. I have not seen that yet, or him falling anywhere near that low in money leagues. D. Williams has not been taken in the first two rounds of any money draft I have participated in yet. Not one. I've seen him fall to mid-to-late 3rd in most and the early 4th in some. He's NOT the be-all end-all in KC. It's highly doubtful he plays half the season and most certainly will not be the starter at the end of the season. He's not great, just in a great offense that doesn't "need" him. Lockett - He has been going in the late 5th/6th of most of my drafts. Watson has been going in the 4th of most money drafts. Typically the early 4th, but the 4th round overall is normal. Ridley was taken early for what I've seen. He's another guy who has been hanging around for longer than expected, typically going in the 5th/6th range. Where players are taken in Mock Drafts is not where they are taken in money drafts.
