It's doubly aggravating on the road courses where the top 15 drivers pit before the stage so they can guarantee their position after it. Adding 2 more restarts to bunch the field is lame, when most races have 6-8 cautions anyway. This is Nascar, not Saturday night racing at the local dirt track, the mandatory cautions suck.
