As I recall they were the provisions that were aimed primarily at the middle class and poor, so I was likely in favor of it. But it’s irrelevant, because again I’m not the hypocrite complaining about the deficit while praising tax cuts for the Uber wealthy. Also I could point out the yearly deficit came down dramatically under Obama, just as Bill Clinton before him actually created a surplus. But that’s somewhat beside the immediate point.
