Sometimes... the cops are wrong. They are imperfect people who can make mistakes. There are also a$$holes in all lines of work and police have them too. There is no epidemic of abuse, there are a few one-offs that happen in a nation of 270 million people. This forum knows each incident is unique and judges them that way.
