I know you are circling your wagons but you guys do not look good in this exchange. I think I hit a nerve deep inside you.

You don't read a room very well, do you?  You're like Pinnochio giving a self help seminar:

Well then, let's start with schools, since BB won't respond to me.  This issue is not "school choice", the issue is "public schools generally suck in poor neighborhoods."  Then fishbone that bad boy for your root cause analysis:  insufficient funding, poor teachers, parental apathy, student apathy, etc.

We'll quickly knock off funding as a cause, since inner city schools tend to get MORE taxpayer money than their suburban counterparts.

So now we have poor teachers, parental apathy, and student apathy.  Why?

I am not playing to a room. A question was asked, I answered it and you try kill to the messenger because of false assumptions and the fact you don’t like the answers. Very bad form

You can throw all the money you want at this it will not alleviate the problem. Unless you can separate the good from the bad nothing will work. Especially when the majority is bad. All I am saying is help the parents who want it, the bad is a different problem and I don’t know the answer to that.

Correct we’ve already established throwing money at it isn’t the solution.  We’ve moved from that.

That is all you took from that post.

I find it ironic the board Conservatives are siding with the Democrats on  the topic of school choice.

So you agree with school choice you just don’t think it belongs on the list?

My own children go to a Charter School and its on the list.

As an example there are already school options in the New York City.  https://www.nyccharterschools.org/

School choice is a very vague suggestion.  I already posted a solution, which is one form of school choice.  I bet you didn't even go read it as I suggested you do.

The OP was asking for examples of Systemic Racism I provided it because people believe it is an example. He was not looking for solutions or alternatives.

Prejudiced, Amit-Semitic, bigot, racist. All the same at this point. Just noise that I don’t care about. Doesn’t even rise to the level of being annoyed anymore.

Ok, how about you now provide legitimate examples of systemic racism that actually make sense.

For the sixth time,I was giving examples of what people consider Systemic Racism, that was what the OP was asking. It didn’t ask what I thought was Systemic Racism. I never said I thought any of them were Systemic Racism personally. Please find where I said I thought it was Systemic Racism, or get a new line. Start over by reading the OP.

This is what other people believe.

What a crappy opinion piece.  The guy rambles like a 15 year old.  The only specific examples of systemic racism he cited were some vague West Virginia schools issue and the go-to “voter suppression” issue, which is a lark.

How the hell is Trump fear mongering? There is literally mass civil unrest. That pretty much mongers its own fear.

Trump is fear mongering? Then what the hell were the Obamas doing last week? BO- “Our Democracy hangs in the balance”. MO- “It can get worse “. These media people are unreal. They just say the first thing that comes to their mind. It’s so played out.

Yup, but that is what is out there and how and why they apply the term. I believe it was the top story. MSM

A proposed bill is not a law.  It has zero effect until It is actually put in place.  Why can’t you understand that?

You may want to go to another state that actually HAS voter ID laws because we don’t. Hence your terrible example.

The intent of the law was to disenfranchise black voters, which is why it was struck down.  The Republicans who tried to pass that law will probably try something else to curb the black vote.  The bill never became the law of the land but the people who wrote that bill are still in power.  And it's why we have all these attempts to stop voter fraud....which is really an effort to suppress votes.

Sweater vests help.

If you're serious about becoming a city councilman you're going to have to get used to communicating with others who can actually articulate their viewpoints half way decently.  Maybe the Geek Club is more your speed.

Insider trading laws affect more Jewish people. Is that anti-Semitic? DWI laws affect more white people. Is that racist ?

If the intent of those laws were to target those groups, then yes.  But considering those laws are openly enforced and haven't been ruled unconstitutional I'm thinking they don't target any one group.  Unlike the NC bill.

When the IRS under Obama went after conservative groups they pinpointed certain words....Patriot and Liberty and Tea Party.  Those words are more likely associated with conservatives and so they were absolutely targeting those groups from the start.  According to your line of thinking, it's all good because leftist groups probably contained those words too.

No, my point is if two different people commit the same crime they should be prosecuted regardless of race. That’s what makes it not racist, and fair.  With the voting, if a white person didn’t meet the requirements spelled out in that bill, would they still be allowed to vote? Calling it unfair may be true. Calling it racist doesn’t hold up.

Racist!@#!  is the easy fall back moniker used by persons to lazy to try to understand the actual problem.  It's easy, just yell racism and people applaud you, you get a sense of self accomplishment and people cheer.  Its lazy.

Meanwhile nothing really changes, because its just virtue signaling.  :(

Having a conversation with a liberal friend of mine and I said if the criminal would follow police directions none of them would have been shot. He said that is the exact type of systematic racism he's fighting against.

I have zero clue WTF he's talking about.

The definition of 'systemic racism' is that it's a made up term by the liberal democrats to cause riotous behavior in liberals to cause extreme chaos and harm to people in this country with the goal of winning an election by blaming it all on the republicans and Trump.

Definitions of words don't exist in current day America. I had a young liberal tell me once that "people can use and redefine words all they want. Get over it."
