i do believe their are too many good Black Families trapped in the inner city who cannot escape and as fellow Americans we should help them do it for themselves. I don’t know if school choice will help but nothing else has worked. I know School choice is not the only answer but we are talking about decades of poor government legislation that is the heart of the problem.

School choice is all about charter schools. They are the other choice. What choice are you talking about?

This is what he Said and he has no way of knowing this. If he had said insider trader affects more Jewish people that I know, it would be an accurate statement. I know it is nitpicking but a large segment of society views it that way today. If you are trying to understand what is happening you have to understand why these accusations exist. We live in a society of micro aggressions and it is frustrating. I thought  this thread was about understanding why people feel systemic racism exists. I don’t make the rules but I understand them. I think a lot of people want to be victims and are over sensitive.

I’m a project manager / problem solver by trade.  The very first thing one does when solving a problem is you have to properly identify and define the problem.  That’s all this thread is......

Second step is root cause analysis.  The five "why's" 
 

All I see is people yelling vague sentences like "We need to help people", "Defund the Police!" and "Black Lives Matter"   Most people are just virtue signaling to sound woke to the public.  That does nothing.

Well then, let's start with schools, since BB won't respond to me.  This issue is not "school choice", the issue is "public schools generally suck in poor neighborhoods."  Then fishbone that bad boy for your root cause analysis:  insufficient funding, poor teachers, parental apathy, student apathy, etc.

We'll quickly knock off funding as a cause, since inner city schools tend to get MORE taxpayer money than their suburban counterparts.
