No that's the govt. 

The problem that you are having is the govt made these loans available for people to apply for, but their application criteria is obviously flawed.  Nobody was required to apply, Brady did not need a loan, but he applied anyway, so thats a douche move.  The govt also made a douche move for giving these loans to people who don't need them.

So douchebags all around, don't excuse behavior, they should all be held accountable.

Well, I think you should file a law suit against Brady for breaking the ethics behind some law. 

And make sure to get all his bank records and such in the process to prove he was unethically breaking a standind law that supports whatever actions he took.
