Yes that’s him

One of the few sane ones left. He was making the point on Tucker the other night that I have been making for a while now. He said identity politics replaced occupy Wall Street and it’s just being used as cover.

you mean like you do with Trump calling for an insurrection? Or parroting good people on both sides, or thinking BLM is a stand up cause

I dont listen to the radio, I watch about 3 people

Tim Pool

Joe Rogan

Russell Brand

I watch all 3 of them everything they produce

I also watch Steven Crowder, occasionally Ben Shapiro, and from the Socialist side I watch some of the guy who's name is slipping me but while being a socialist he isnt a TDS idiot

Solid list.  Tim Pool is under-rated, someone who really "gets it".    If you like all of those guys, give Scot Adams a try too (the Dilbert comics guy).   His podcast is pretty solid if you like discussions of current events and politics.   A little dry at times, but still good.

The great thing about Tim is that I have watched him since 2013-2014 and now if someone were to see him for the first time they would have no clue he’s a liberal. He’s the one guy that seemed sensible back than, albeit wrong, but at least he wasn’t crazy. He’s pretty much a left side version of me now that he’s become a big 2a guy.  It’s been great watching him evolve

Imo he’s the most trusted source around. He isn’t afraid to admit when he makes a mistake either

Liberals like to think they are moderate yet they continue to vote radical. The amount of self delusion required is astounding. We have libtards here who were claiming CRT wasn’t being taught, and actually denied its existence. Now they are down to “it’s not a big deal”. Clowns.

When you claim Joe Biden is a radical, you’ve lost the script completely.

And there it is. He may be a moderate, but so what? He governs as a radical. His appointments have seen a number of radicals put into high places in our government. Taking illegals at the border and flying them around the country and dropping them in other states is pretty radical. On and on. You love MLK? My favorite by MLK: “It’s what you do, not what you say”.

Nope, nothing he has done is radical. It really shows how far to the right you are if you think that.

Also, I don’t think MLK ever said that. Maybe you are trying to paraphrase a quote, so could you link to the actual quote for everybody?

Nah. I heard him say it. Good enough for me and it’s the words that count anyhow.

Who gives an ish what MLK said, why are we arguing about this?  If he said things consistent with CRT and anti-racism (the real ones, not @dogcows with “learning about and opposing racism” crap, which almost everyone agrees with), then I oppose them as well.  Are we good?  Can we move on?

I’ve said it before: social media companies should not want to be in the business of deciding what is misinformation vs. opinion vs. spin. There is no way they can police all of that content in a way that’s fair and consistent. They should stick to removing only content that is potentially criminal and let everything else go. Nobody who wasn’t already predisposed to believing Covid conspiracies or whatever is going to change their minds based on a tweet.
