Purdue -7.5 Big discrepancy in Kenpom rating 19 vs 84. I'm fading the trendy dog. Montana +17 - Don't think they can win, but Wisc played Thur, Fri, Sat, Sunday last week and this game is in Denver. Clemson -7.5 Kenpom 18 vs 59. McNeese coach leaving for NC State job will be a distraction BYU -2.5 - Similar in Kenpom. VCU played Fri - Sunday and we are in Denver. Fading another trendy dog. Arkansas +5.5 - Boogie Fland is back. Texas A&M -7.5 Kenpom 17 vs 73. Only 2 games last weekend for Yale, but still traveling across country to playing in altitude. A&M overlooked as they played in the best conference. UC San Diego ML +122 - I will bite on this trendy pick. close in Kenpom 37 vs 25. Outside of reaching the final game last year, they have a habit of disappointing in the tournament. I'm using a combination of Kenpom ratings, fatigue, and fading the public. They’ll be running the promo each of the first four days of the tournament so there’s no reason not to use the promo token every single day. basically you get one token to use on an underdog money line and if that underdog is the highest seed that wins that day you share in the 1 million free bet pot. The wager requirement for the token is something silly like $.10 so it probably doesn’t make sense to use it on like a heavily picked 11 seed. Yea public dog love has me worried but already bet high point ml +295. I used to be a huge college bball guy. I can still remember watching Durants one year at Texas while I was maybe just out of HS and turning on games weekedays. I dont catch a ton anymore. But I like to bet and will read up. So I dont really know much on college ball these days. Thr tournament is still fun but I dont like it as much as I used to. Basketball was my main sport in HS so I liked to follow college and would get into it. Still love the game. Still think college is far superior to NBA as far as viewing. Same. 20 years ago I would watch college hoops the entire season, but don't find the time anymore. Tomorrow is still my 2nd favorite day of the year (Thursday at the Masters is number 1) I'm kinda disappointed in the first 3 games though. They could have give us one that looks good on paper. They've had a lot of help over the years from Jerry Colangelo, the godfather of basketball (and baseball) here in Phoenix. I'm not sure if it is a religious thing (Colangelo is a devout Christian and GCU is a Christian university here in Phoenix), but he has put a lot of effort into getting quality coaching and recruits here. Last night for example I hit a 7 leg NBA plyer prop in that fashion. 1. Louisville ML, Clemson ML, Gonzaga ML (this does not pay out great but certainly better than risking 1 unit on each game) 2. dog parlay... Yale ML, Drake ML, UC San Diego ML (this pays +2350) 3. player props... Milos Uzan 10+ pts, Emmanuel Sharp O12.5 pts, Ray'Sean Taylor 15+ pts, Hunter Dickinson 15+ pts, Hunter Dickinson 8+ reb, Zeke Mayo 10+ pts (this does not pay terribly well because 4/6 props are played down from their over/under lines but that has been key to a lot of college prop parlays I've hit in the past month. It is also profit boosted and paying +1000) * keep in mind I have a bet back token I can use on any one of these if it's not looking good. My largest unit is on the dog parlay so that's most likely where I would use it. Straight bets BYU -2.5 Utah St. +5.5 Yale +7.5 Montana +16.5 High Point +7.5 ------------------------------------ And most of the player props listed above at their regular o/u marks. LJ Cryer 15+ as well but he has a weird habit of vanishing in games in favor of Uzan and Sharp. Not sure start times here if they overlap, probably. And its more of a hassle to be ready to bet the next game as the prior is getting over. I was just explaining this to a friend who thought a favorite parlay was getting him more return so I mentioned it here. And I forgot about profit boosts on the parlays.
