Foles is a good QB with respect to playing within a system. where he isnt as good is when he has to go offscript a lot. In Philly during the superbowl run, he played within the system and did it very well. he was solid but not spectacular and the Defense was good enough that he could manage the game. Any QB who is worth his salt also knows he needs to establish that connection with the #1 WR in the offense. I think Foles will be fine at least for now. I'd expect solid production from Mooney.
