Mike Honcho 4,045 Posted August 12, 2022 All this western talk got me in the mood to watch one of my favorites last night. If you like Westerns with a great cast and haven't seen it, check out 3:10 to Yuma.
Sean Mooney 1,184 Posted August 12, 2022 Lots of great movies mentioned here. The only one not mentioned that stands out to me is The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. Such a great film with John Wayne, James Stewart, and Lee Marvin. Really explores the idea of legends and heroes in the old west.

The Three Amigos Also, I'm gonna go with Desperado, The Quick and the Dead, and any western that Eastwood and Wayne were in. Funny you mentioned Three Amigos; my daughter watched it recently. It came up in conversation because we were talking about Community. Her: We watched Three Amigos, it was actually funny unlike a lot of other movies from that time that don't hold up. It has that guy from Community in it. Me: Huh, what? Her: Pierce Me: Oh, Chevy Chase. Yeah he was kinda famous.
