I think Carr is a Very good QB in the right situation.  but more and more I have come to believe that situation is not in Vegas.   its a bit of a Trainwreck over there.

I also think if Carr goes, Jacobs may leave too.  its usually not in a RB's best interest to be on a rebuilding team.

The salary is a bit steep so they may have to cut him to make his contract go away but after that I could see a lot of teams bidding on his services.  and if Lamar leaves Baltimore, I could see Baltimore going after Carr.   hes likely a better fit for what they are wanting to accomplish there.
