I believe the signals from that office have been very clear.  he will be charged. she is getting positive reinforcement from her party, or so it would appear.  I suppose behind the scenes someone could talk her into simply keeping the possibility alive while not charging and being put to her proof.

 

If and when he is charged i will look at the evidence presented.
