I'm not disagreeing that the act is despicable and disrespectful. I felt the same way about those knuckleheads who took a knee at NFL games.

But the First Amendment protects their right to do it. It protects Alex Jones' right to say hurtful and fake things about Sandy Hook.

It does not protect one from getting kicked off an NFL team or getting your ass sued into the ground.
