I like voodoo!   New Orleans is awesome!  What church do you work with?  I'm not very religious... so I hope that's not a problem.  There is a Catholic Church down the street I go to sometimes, to light a candle for my Grandma.  She believes in that garbage but i respect her for being an amazing person.

Catholic Church does a lot for Haitians.  We try to trick them into church by putting cats and dogs on the Spaghetti Dinner signs.

I haven't been to spaghetti night. I usually drop in, light a candle, say a prayer for my Grandma and dip out. Where i live it's mostly white people, haven't seen any Haitian's and nobody on next door is reporting missing/eaten dogs as far as i know.

Everybody preaches their views of truth.  Scientists, political leaders, healthcare workers, mothers, fathers, 15 year old kids, teachers, preachers, you. All we can do is find a path in life.

I find a lot of people who hate religion, have some moral code in life based on, nothing really. So what is that?

I mean, what's your purpose in life? To outwardly condemn all people that don't live on your path? Or even just throw backhanded "compliments" at them to dismiss them? 

It's fine. No one needs your approval to function well in life, but the character you deploy in life makes up who you are in others' eyes. Whether you believe in God or not. It's what makes people like weepaw insufferable even to those who hold religious faith.

I agree with everything you said.   I live my life based on a moral code of "be a nice person" because people were nice to me.  And we are living this life together and it makes it easier if we are just nice.  I don't need a preacher to tell me that.  Yes, I like to be snarky and a Ahole sometimes because it's a little extra pepper in the sauce of life and I'm a Male who likes to talk trash (I'm on a fantasy football message board after all)   But yeah maybe I could just pull a Ana and Else and "Let it go" sometimes.
