I wouldn’t call that a “very partial amount.” My son, who graduates next week, would have gotten the full $20k. Honestly - I would’ve felt embarrassed if he had taken it. It was probably the worst blunder in Biden’s first year. It was at this point that I started wondering who was really making the calls from the White House.
