Seriously though.  A quarter ounce of weed, more than once?  I hid pot from my parents for years when I was a teen in the 80s.  This is either allowed or being done at a very high frequency or both.

There was a smart burnout in my school who sold individual joints for a buck. I didn't smoke much, but on occasion would hit him up. That was the typical student in my school. Guy made a killing.

It's not that expensive where I live.  I think the last jar I looked at was $25 for 2 or 2.5 grams.
