My friend lets his 12 year old drive the cart. He actually golfs and is pretty good.

Allllllottttttttt of people have golf carts in Florida even if they don't live by a golf course. People just cruise around in their neighborhood in them. It's very common where I'm at especially.

It was pretty common even back when I lived there, just seems crazy that people are letting their kids drive em so badly that laws need to be made.  I'm pointing my accusatory finger at some very bad parents.

My neighborhood is very close to a golf course, it does get a little ridiculous with the kids driving carts. Don't think I've ever seen a 3 year old driving one tho...
