Disagree. Fox would be all over this if it were a story. They show zero restraint on this type of stuff as do any of the carnival barker types in Congress like Jim Jordan and the like.

They are reporting the second paddleboarder was an "Obama female staffer" but the police have not released the name.  She gave up on trying to save him and returned to shore to call 911.  He drown in 8 feet of water after she couldn't save him.  

No foul play expected, but I think he had a heart attack.
