Look at the back of things you eat. You'll be surprised how many have GMO declarations.

I know there is Natural Flavors in a ton of things but we don't know what these Natural Flavors are.

Just put something's natural doesn't mean you want it in your food.  Casing point, the red in red velvet cake? Used to come from grinding up a certain type of beetle they had a different name for it which I'm sure you can google.

But technically, it was a natural ingredient.

Well you eat it all the time.  It's like 80% of our diets.  Unless you grow your own from non GMO seeds and hunt your own meat, you're eating it.

I am pro gmo, but anti bayer-monstanto. Gmo is an amazing technology that allows us to grow strains of food in climates that they would be otherwise unable to grow in. In addition they help increase food production. 

 

The problem is in the corporations that control our seed/pesticide supply. They encourage farmers to use more pesticide than what is required to help their own profits.

Yes and no. Not in the way that you're thinking. But what's been going on for decades now is that Monsanto will come up with some nifty new seed that is pesticide free and bugs don't eat it. But then, if even one seed blows over their property line and into the next field they sue the hell out of the farmer and basically bankrupt them.

What gets me about mayo it has eggs in it but no protein value, Must be so small value that it's not listed. I average egg has 5 or 6 Grams protein.

Most things have pros AND cons.  You just listed a rather good commercial for the pros.  So what are the cons of food genetically modified?   The debits to the credits. 

Im not a subject matter expert on this subject, however I can see where the term “genetically modified” throws up caution flags to most.
