I first got on the internet in college.  It was a command line Linux terminal.  We sent text based emails and tried to chat via that.

What I learned was... 

"Free email" was stupid as it sounds today.

When we first got the graphical web browsers, and before anyone invented content restriction tools, I learned how easy it was to find porn... in the middle of a crowded computer lab when I wasn't even looking for it and just clicked on some random ad.

i grew up a democrat because i thought they were the good guys and nice people.   once i got online i was shocked that the vast majority of ordinary leftists were basically little dictator rustys attacking everyone and trying to be a god-king.  i went right really fast.  i mean rusty himself just reinforces DAILY what i learned from the start.

if we could just take rustys posting history here and have every American read it, Trump would win the election by a zillion points.

its easy to spot the true right wing people.   a right winger might hate trump but they would still be in this forum in LOUD favor of limited government or more individual freedoms.  you just never see that from rusty.   rusty definitely is in here defending biden and leftist policies in general tho.  rusty is the #1 cheerleader of the Ukraine war.  that defense of biden tells you he is a radical liberal.  if he was on the right and in favor of the Ukraine war, hed run his Ukraine war thread but still slip in jabs at Biden, spending, tactics, etc.
