On some issues, sure. But the resistance to "woke" is where I really diverge. Many of the issues piled under that label are just a matter of people respecting each other and getting over themselves. Much of the pushback is due to prejudices that people may not even realize they have. And the xenophobia and bigotry is real (although not just from conservatives by any means) and despicable. The Biden administration is enough of a mess that I'll consider voting Republican long before I ever thought I would after we dumped Trump.

This is vastly over-exaggerated in the media.  Putting American lives first, above foreign, is not xenophobic nor bigotry.  "Woke" is abhorrent.  It's literally about making historically oppressed voices (which doesn't exist today), more important than non-historically oppressed voices.  It's making the current people of today pay for sins of the past.  Because of that, you can't have "woke" and "equality" at the same time, because they are exact opposites.

Trump is an azzhat, but so is every other politician.  "Liking" one and not another is pure incompetence.  Nobody should "like" any politician, just their platform.  Ideally, it would be great to actually like a politician, but there are currently 537 unlikeable people in Washington DC.  It's been like that for at least 20 years.

LeBron James was looking to celebrate another gold medal while walking into a nightclub, but a young fan briefly ruined his vibe.

James was seen surrounded by paparazzi while getting out of his car, and a child eager to snag a picture with the living legend was immediately rebuffed.

“Stop, stop, stop,” James sternly said to the young fan while he put up his hand. “Don’t do that.”

The fan appeared shocked by the response and immediately touched his chest as if apologizing for the overeager pursuit of a picture.

James continued walking while one of the people he was with, seemingly security, nudged the boy to the side.
