I know nothing about the appeals courts in New York.  If they are stacked with Trump hating buffoons, they could uphold an insane judgement.   I don't put much weight on the ruling, Supreme Courts have made terrible rulings. It is the logic and fairness that is essential to a good ruling.

The ugly rhetoric of blame has really contaminated our public discourse. This morning Houae Republicans angry about the new budget deal said that any death committed by an undocumented immigrant will be the responsibility of those who passed the bill- language just like that of @jonnyutah.
