Rachel Maddow easily could find some far-left psychiatrist to analyze Clownzo's speeches, which are filled with far more gaffes, gibberish and outrageous nonsense than any Biden speech I've ever seen.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least to discover that Biden was on some sort of "vitamin" cocktail during SOTU. Trump almost assuredly made a habit of similar behavior, especially given the stories about how the WH pharmacy was handing out stimulants like they were M&Ms during his administration.

I have no doubt that Biden was under the influence during the SOTU.  I find it irresponsible of his handlers.  he is an old man and even with sophisticated medical supervison I think it irresponsible.

 

I thjink the original Star Trek had an episode like this, where the putative leader was more or less a drug cocktail zombie trotted out on T.v. atg the convenience of teh powers behind the throne.  I think it featured a hot chick as a Nazi who Kirk had to bone.

I said what MY choice would be. I do not deliver consequential speeches over an hour in length and only choose to be under their influence recreationally, not while performing responsibilities related to my employment.
