Probably hit the spa at the Arlington hotel, spend a day in Little Rock and go to the Clinton Presidential Library. Any other pointers? There are lots of waterfalls and some you can swim/wade in, although you would want to be there early on the weekends. If you are interested I can look up the one I visited.
