I didn't queue up I Likely because I thought there was no way he'd be avail with my first pick.

WRONG!!

I DO have Kelce, but with Nacua injured I prolly could have traded Likely for a good WR.

Please make me feel better.

HIll is still avail. Should I pick him up and if so who should I drop..

I dropped TE Conklin and WR Demario Douglas to pick up Robinson and Jeudy.

My wr's are in bad shape.

Yeah, it looks like Puka and Odunze are out and so is Hollywood.   but as per the link below, he should be back soon.   Second article says he may return this week.   so I'd say 1 week max for that.

but in the first week, I generally say the best move is to pickup the best player available. or the player that fits the biggest need.   Jeudy should be a nice fill in while u wait for hollywood.   Not sure you can really fill Puka's shoes.   but your WR look like they will be good once healthy.   so you really need to tough it out for a week or two until they are back.  

I agree, there is a good chance someone would probably trade for likely.   but I dont know that theyd give full market value until they see him put up another good week.   so the pickups you made might be fine.  

There is also the risk someone wont pay for him and you are stuck with a player you dont need.   but given Kelce's age, a solid backup may not actually be a bad idea.

tough call.

but dont panic, I think your injured players start coming back in a week or two.

You weren't going to get anything for Likely.  Now, had Andrews had gotten a season ending injury that night... maybe you'd have gotten something.  In one of my leagues, my TE was Luke Musgrave.  I had the 4th waiver order pick.  The guy at #1 asked me if I'd trade him a player for Likely.  He said, "I'll take Likely with my waiver spot and guarantee that you get him if you trade me Rico Dowdle, B-Rob Jr, JSN or Ladd McConkey".  I said, "Na, I'll just grab someone else".  He didn't take Likely and I got him.

I don't get it, you're set at TE.

You could legitimately drop any one of your WRs, probably 2-3.

Or trade a QB (pick one). 

I'd trade for Ridley, Moore, Dell or someone underperformed week 1.

You could do the same with 1 of your QBs and be holding Kelce. You could also trade a RB and grab one of the starter's handcuff.

Btw in my experience FF managers don't usually like to just trade for players who have just been picked up off the wire, they need to see the player succeed more than just the 1 week they got hot, at least if you want a premium player. They also view them as "free" just a day ago.
