Try being respectable first.

I have zero expectations on you responding anything.

When have I been disrespectful to you, outside of disagreeing with you POV? I don't think I've ever questioned your intelligence like you just did.

Media is scared of trump seeking retribution of outlets that endorse Kamala in case he wins. This is what fascism looks like.

Another "I'm scared!!" guy.

It's amazing how these democrats have allowed the media to make them so scared of ghosts and shadows.

USA Today not endorsing Kamala. lol.

Just shows you just how far left the Democrat party is pushing... even the leftists are saying they're too far left.

The “leftists” aren’t making these decisions. It’s the owners of the papers.

That people are politicizing this in this way is exactly why these people are quitting their cushy jobs so loudly.

Who do you think is making these decisions at these newspapers?

I agree with you... "It’s the owners of the papers."  That specific part is not what I was laughing at.

The idea that you think that the owners aren't leftists, is absurd.  What is equally absurd is that you think the people who quit, would've stayed, had the newspaper endorsed Trump.  Those people's decision to quit is 100% due to the non-endorsement of Harris.

Jeff Bezos is concerned with making money. Always been his thing. If you buy his explanation here I have a bridge to sell you. No clue about the LA Times guy but I doubt he’s a leftist. He’s a rich guy who bought a newspaper.

Of course the people quit because they couldn’t write their endorsements for Kamala, they said it.

So you're saying Bezos isn't a leftist?

I'll give the LA Times guy a pass, because I don't know him too well.  Didn't realize he just bought the paper recently.

Wait, the people who quit, are upset that the paper is politicizing their politicization?

Bezos is about making Bezos as much money as possible and having the biggest yachts. Politics is secondary. He did this now when Trump could win. He’s covering his ass.

The writers who quit told us why they quit. It was their whole point. We have the Trump campaign and their ilk using these moves as political fodder. They didn’t want to be associated with this.

Amazon saw Microsoft get a 10+ billion contract with DoD for cloud computing after years of WaPo trolling Donald. Mattis said Trump told people to spike Amazon. That doesn’t sound like him at all!

Blue Origin has multi-billion dollar contract with NASA. Blue Origin Execs met with Trump a day before this decision came out from Jeff B. Funny timing for Jeff B to weigh in on the Editorial / Opinion division of WaPo 😂

Editorial sections of the paper give opinions of the editorial team. They are just that, opinions.

The News department offers the news.

This woman was going to write their staff’s endorsement of Kamala (shocker!) and the owner told them not to. She says eat a d|ck new owner guy and quits.

Team Trump jumps on the non-endorsement as proof that even pinko, commie leftists won’t endorse Kamala. This is disingenuous, a lie really, and exhibit A of why she quit - she doesn’t want to be associated with this especially not when it is used in a lie.

The dude owns the paper and he can do what he wants, the lady doesn’t want to work there because of it. This is all fine.

It’s not some example of the media is broken or whatever point was being made in that regard was what I have been responding to.

The npr headline takes your argument and wipes its butt with it. This fake division of "well thats the editorial board" becomes a distinction without difference once it gets lobbed to the next receiver.

"Washington Post' won't endorse in White House race for first time since 1980s"

I don’t really see this as an argument TBH. The people are quitting because they don’t want to be part of these organizations any longer. That people are using lines like “look the LA Times won’t endorse Kamala” is exhibit A of why they are quitting over this.

The argument would lie in if newspapers should provide editorial / opinion sections.

Civil rights in the minds of liberals are still in the 1800s. They think fighting in 2024 is the same as the year 1845.

It's amazing how they haven't caught up to current times. Or rather, maybe they just don't have anything else to complain about? 🤔

Did you know it's worse today, in 2024, than it was in 1845?  Seriously.  Just ask a liberal.

In all seriousness, it's amazing how many "left wing" media outlets are finally challenging Kamala on her lies. I think they're starting to realize that the Jig is almost up and they don't want to be lumped in with her nonsense.

She's really done nothing to make anyone vote for her other than "Trump is Hitler".

Really? Because CNN never challenged Biden, even when he could no longer remember his own name.

Why don't they ask her about her Racist accents? I actually think that's a big deal that should be addressed. You're white and probably don't understand, but it's clearly racist

I see no tangible difference between CNN’s coverage. I don’t watch it daily or anything but seems the same to me.

It's all bullshizz, even Fox but CNN licks her asss like she's actually accomplished something. This is a Woman who got less than 1% of the vote in 2016. What changed?
