Tranny denies being a tranny, gets stabbed after giving dude a BJ

Don’t mean to start a tranny thread, but this was interesting.  Many on social media basically seem to be arguing the stabbing was self-defense, even though it appears the main stabber wasn’t even the dude that was deceived.

IANAL, maybe @Engorgeous George can assist, can it be considered rape to lie about not being a tranny before doing something consensually?  Although guessing those types of laws may differ by location and this happened in England.

It was interesting that I’m seeing a lot of people on social media thinking the stabbing was justified.  No clue if there is any legal basis to that though.  There was a similar case in California from awhile back where a tranny was killed and the defense argued about being deceived, and the initial trial resulted in a mistrial - https://abc7news.com/who-is-gwen-araujo-timeline-documentary-transgender-murder/12451079/

That case is 20 years old.  A lot has changed in that time re: trans regardless of @squistion still believing they have no rights.  And I don't care what people on SM think.  You shouldn't either.

Obviously I am not admitted as a solicitor or a barrister in the United Kingdom.  That said our legal systems are not dissimilia rours being initially based upon Emglish Common Law.  In neither country would a planned revenge attack by many, armed with weapons, against an unsuspecting victim, days or weeks after an alleged crime be justifiable self defense.  I can't even imagine it would be under Sharia Law, but who knows.  Not an interesting question at all.

 

As for the act being rape when consent was fraudulently obtained, sort of an extension of the tort of fraud in the inducement,  maybe.  Consent was not then knowing  so it could not be or voluntary so that may allow a charge of rape to go forward, but again it has nothing to do with self defense.  My concern, from the story, is that the blowee had heard the blowor was a tranny and dismissed that possibility pretty easily, on one denial.  I would say the blowee maybe had some obligation to inquire or investigate further under the circumstances (Sir, you will where you stand).  We argue the buyer ought to beware, the old caveat emptor.  I think maybe there ought to be a corollary for B.J.'s from strangers on the fist date, at least when one has had initial cause to question whether there might be a twig and berries down below.

Thank you for the insight.  My original question was more about the rape separately from the attack.  I’d assume the attack would not be legally justified, but I found it interesting that many on social media were defending it.

Another tidbit is that apparently the blowee recorded the act. So outside of the attack, if he tried to push a rape charge then he’d probably be opening himself up to some kind of pornography charge.

Well, this is going to happen more often as trannies deceive people.  Frankly, if they were honest this wouldn't happen.  I consider what the Tranny did sexual assault at best, rape at worst.

This isn't a small thing either.  You're basically turning a heterosexual into a homosexual by deceit.  Not cool at all.  This is a BIG deal.
