Musk has already put the good of humanity ahead of his personal financial interest by overpaying steeply for Twitter.  Time after time he's shown that his heart is in the right place. Now he's donating his time and genius to giving the federal government the scrubbing it has long needed.

Musk did not overpay for Twitter for the good of humanity. It’s not improved. Same shet different flavor at best. 

What I would ask is people be critical of this very weird dude go has been given the keys.

He did just shut down this agency USAID, pretty obvious he told Don about South Africa aide, his team has been given this access to government employees private data. These are just some  headlines in a few days.

I‘m sure there is government waste but government by design is also meant to be somewhat cumbersome and slower moving with safeties and checks. I certainly don’t trust this dude more than anyone else.

I’d be concerned if he were the least bit interested in this being something permanent.  This is a hit and run look at me situation.  But that doesn’t mean the Apple cart isn’t being upset and then dismantled. Finally.

I don’t think he’s stealing or bribing, or committing espionage. I think he’s a dork that wants to be idolized. But if he gets the job done I’m good with it. And he seems to like grown women so I don’t know what he would be doing illegal. He has no incentive.
