First of all I am highly skeptical of anything the FBI or DOJ do these days as they have proven to be an incompetent clown show.

Nonetheless IF they actually have the right guy then he deserves to be tried for these crimes.  I don't have any conspiracy theories about this.  The only conspiracy theories involving this pipe bomber were right wing, about how this was the FBI that planted these, going along with how Jan 6 was an inside job.  That conspiracy has already been debunked, and this arrest further debunks it.

Yes. Your lack of faith in the FBI and DOJ is a surprisingly recent development.  The last admin was on point and squeaky clean I guess.

I don't know about squeeky clean but nowhere near the level of corruption and incompetence that we're seeing now.  That's what happens when you appoint a couple of podcasters to be in charge.
