I see what you mean, but the "vindictive prosecution" was unnecessary for a factual summary.  He's facing charges which he's fighting, period.  Every perp in prison faced something like vindictive prosecution, just ask them.

"Vindictive prosecution" is a legal term and Garcia is using it to get his case thrown out.  His attorneys filed a motion to have the case dismissed based on Vindictive Prosecution.

It's not simply him claiming it like every perp in prison, and every perp in prison does not file for this motion, it's very rare.

If it were up.to me, I would donate them.to the medical community for medical testing. Med students can practice on them learning surgical techniques. Corporations can use them for new drug testing. But, liberals would prefer to put them in a state facility and feed them for free, and give them free healthcare. They then adapt to that lifestyle and get a routine going. And the good people of the US work hard to pay for it all.
