Wonderful news coming in:

A significant expansion of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) capabilities is underway, fueled by a multi-billion-dollar funding increase signed into law in July 2025. The legislation, often referred to as the "One Big Beautiful Bill," provides massive new resources for personnel, detention, and enforcement operations, with the stated aim of intensifying mass deportations.

ICE is acting in direct violation of a court order.

Breaking:

Kilmar Abrego García has just been detained by ICE after arriving at the agency's Baltimore field office as part of a required check-in, according to his attorney.

"The only reason to take him into detention was to punish him."

Because he wasn't.  The bigger question is if you'll ever stop acting like a 7 year old.  I guess that's a no.

You were wrong.  You previously said there was a court order preventing them from deporting him to a different country.  There wasn’t, and then hilariously you forgot you ever said that.

See this is the problem with you and why you're a 7 year old.  You made this same argument over the weekend.  I responded to it.  You can disagree with my response.  That's fine.  And anyone else is able to read both of our posts and decide for themselves who's side they want to be on if they even give a sh*t.  But you haven't said anything new this morning and just want to keep up a perpetual p*ssing match like some others here do all the time as well.  It's tiring and childish.  Grow up.

I recapped the timeline of our prior conversation in the post below.  You didn’t respond, you ignored it like you usually do when you’re wrong, which is often.

As I mentioned earlier, this post might be the  biggest self-own in GC history.

The hilarious part is the reason for the posts on 7/25 was that I was agreeing with your prior posts saying they could have deported him elsewhere, in replying to @RLLD and saying that the current trial was political theater.

You responded saying (direct quote, nice “serious discussion” btw):  “No they can't.  For someone supposedly knowledgeable about the issue you just made a very ignorant statement.  Is that what Billy told you?

That’s when I quoted one of your posts from a few months prior saying they could have, and then you made the post above about the court order saying they couldn’t (and I know that’s what your caveat above is trying to allude to).

But for one, even if there was a court order saying that, I thought it was obvious I was saying they could have deported him INSTEAD of the trial, the only reason there was a court order at all was because of the trial.  In addition, the court order didn’t even say they couldn’t do it:

So, will Strike apologize and admit he was wrong?

  • Thanks 1

Noem still calling him definitively a gang member.  Doubling down on your mistakes is not a great look

Now they’re even adding “child predator” to the list of definitive accusations lol.  The lawsuit payout to his wife is going to be yuge.

Speaking of child predators, have they released the Epstein files yet?

Once again talk about self-own. I can’t even count the number of times you’ve behaved in EXACTLY the way you’re describing.

Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg on Kilmar Abrego Garcia:

"There was no need for them to take him into ICE detention. He was already on electronic monitoring from the U.S. Marshals Service and basically on house arrest. The only reason that they've chosen to take him into detention is to punish him for exercising his constitutional rights."

The most logical explanation for it that I’ve seen is something to the effect of “smoke weed to get high, love Jesus until I die”

As far as detaining Abrego Garcia and threatening to deport him: the government claims he is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial abuser, child predator. My position is the same as before: they need to prove these things in a court of law. So far they haven’t even tried. And detaining him and deporting him without this is a lack of due process and unconstitutional.

No they don't.  He has had a final order of removal since 2019.  There is no legal impediment to deporting him.  Why do you constantly lie?

Even with that final order the Supreme Court says he still needs due process before he can be deported. And his attorneys are trying to reverse that order because they claim it’s based on false information like the accusations the government has made and never proven, and this all needs to be adjudicated before any deportation. So why are YOU lying?

Because that’s what the Supreme Court said the first time the government deported him.

The Supreme Court said he had a stay of deportation to his home country.

What you said is untrue, or else every person we deport would have to meet your fantastical requirements.

As far as my honesty- this will be settled in court. Abrego Garcia appears to have good attorneys, so if I’m right and this latest detainment is illegal he will be quickly released to await his trial. If I’m wrong and you guys are right he will be quickly deported. Let’s see what happens here.

They do. That is what is unlawful about so many of these mass deportations. Every single person the government attempts to deport should absolutely get their day in court, with proper representation, no matter how long it takes.

So glad the ACLU has gotten all the innocent black and brown Americans out of prison and now they can move on to South Americans.
