MLCKAA 586 Posted August 24 There is a real chance he doesn’t make the roster. He had that nice performance in 1 game but has otherwise done nothing to distinguish himself as a rookie. A team as bad as Cleveland should be thinking 2-3 years down the line vs. worrying about the backup QB this year IMO. They get more out of giving Gabriel / Sanders game reps then trying to squeak out a 4th or 5th win with a QB who won’t be on the roster in a few years.
