Amigo I’m gonna walk over to the Pirate Bar today. I love this stupid heat. It used to better IMO, they got rid of the Abita & the bar stools which really sucks. But it’s one of my favorite places.

And I think you’re right in general on this. I’ll see y’all next football season on the FFT bored, maybe if I re-up for FF for a 26th (!) season. Gotta get one more trophy though.

I have been on this forum periodically since 2001and this board always has had a poltical aspect to it along with multiple politically themed threads.

Torrid Joe and I used to debate Recliner Pilot and the other conservatives here in the aughts. Yeah, there are more political threads now, but currently on Page 1, I am responsible for only starting three of them. 

And no, per Joe Bryant, neither I, nor Tim Schochet, nor any other individual posters killed the PSF.

I’m not counting, but let’s say he started  20 threads.  I haven’t opened many of them, but would predict that 90% are better than the political trash we now have

Policitcal content here was maybe 5%, maybe and those were contructive conversations for the most part.  This board is now just a set of posters on one political side trying to insult or one up a set of posters on the other side of politics or even worse, posters just copying and pasting crap from twitta.
