There is no way to fight this except for the Democrats to win more elections and change the laws. That’s it. I don’t agree with the Supreme Court (obviously) but they get to decide. 
 

The polls suggest that what ICE is doing here is growing more and more unpopular. Let’s hope that’s the case and that it’s reflected in next year’s elections. Otherwise we’re screwed, IMO.

"Stop and question" is not the same as arrest. 

This ruling allows immigration officers to ask questions about immigration status to people that are waiting in line for the illegal food vendors while waiting for illegal tax free day labor that cant speak any english in the parking lot of hon dipo. Then when they run away like roaches because they are here illegally they can get arrested.

I think this has been addressed, but Squissy's X post FROM THE ACTUAL RULING$#@! talks about how "apparent ethnicity alone cannot furnish reasonable suspicion," and further, that reasonable suspicion only allows a brief stop.

How do police catch people if they don't know what they look, sound, and act like? 

Is it illegal for some one who witnessed a crime to tell the police these details and for the police to put that knowledge to use?
