I couldn't really give specifics to my feelings about the younger generation, and how I feel radicalism is being embraced.  When I read this article today it made me think about our postings.  It's not that I think it's just a mostly left thing, but a younger left thing.  It's not your old school liberals.

You might be onto something there. The youngsters- the ones that have grown up in an all-digital age, with a world of knowledge at their fingertips, their eyes glued to screens 10+ hours daily- are probably more likely to have been radicalized in some way.

We're also at the point where DJT has basically been the news cycle for a decade, and everything that goes along with that. There's never been a more reviled, polarizing president. Some of it may be the trickle down of anti-Trump sentiments. Which is both unfortunate (condoning political violence- NEVER OK) and reassuring (they are paying at least some attention and realize that the guy is not a "business as usual" POTUS) at the same time.

That the increasing % of Americans as a whole believing political violence is justifiable is alarming as hell.
