As a Chase Brown owner, this isn't good news, or any FF player running with a Backup QB.

No.  a lot of defenses will sell out to stop the run and force the backup to beat them through the air.

good news is Browning is mostly serviceable.   a bit high on the INT but his yardage totals are not that bad.   if I recall, Last time Burrow got hurt, he was good for 3-4 games.   then defenses started to figure out how to play him and he was less successful after that.

but hes good enough to start on some teams in the NFL in my opinion.   probably one of the better backups out there.

Everyone takes a hit with a talent like Burrow missing the season,  sets up an interesting match up for when the Bengals and Vikings play next week, both teams will be on back up qbs.   

Makes for more available streamers.

I have Burrow. Just picked up Geno off the wire. Also have Tagovailoa but don't trust him....going to put a claim in for Indiana Jones & drop Tag but I have 8th priority.

You would've been right if Browning is "serviceable", I had hopes for not such a fall off, but all Bengals projections are taking a hit, big hit.

2023 Browning first start wasn’t very good that week 12, after that he posted qb1 numbers, I don’t know if he can match those numbers , but he’s going to get better with more practice time.

Would you bench Chase Brown until we see anything ?  I have Ashton, J. Williams and now Benson in the Flex.

I think its gonna be matchup dependant.

There will still be some matchups against weaker run defenses where he will be playable.

and none of the other RB are good enough that I'd say they are matchup proof.

I like Williams and Benson, The Bengals at Broncos doesn’t look good for Brown to start rolling imo.

YEs the matchups look worse for Brown VS the others., but I'd love to see him get rolling MNF, albeit probably on my bench

Tough, tough situation,  Williams imo has the best matchup, Benson has a tough one, Seattle def is good, and do they totally unleash Benson, and trust him with a full work load, Brown of course is tough, I don’t understand why he’s havIng a horrible season so far, Browning should be better with more reps in practice, but I’m not liking his matchup,  Williams 1, Benson 1b , Brown 1c.   I hope you make the right call.
