The first time I heard of this I was working with a team with everyone in their own cubicles. Someone found an article or video about it & shared. Everyone laughed, it was ridiculous. It was 2001.

A couple years ago my middle school kids came home and told me about it.  The school placated to it. Let them go around the dress code, leave on bathroom breaks (more than other students) to coddle it.
