High ankle sprain is like a six week injury. I don't think he'd be out there running around.
Ray_T 766 Posted yesterday at 03:59 AM at some point in the game there was a focus on him having his ankle taped up. Its possible he hurt it earlier in the game and didnt tighten up until the game was over. it is also possible it was a benching but they are sparing him the pubic humiliation I'm not saying you guys are wrong. but it is also possible its both. nobody 2,781 Posted yesterday at 04:03 AM He was moving poorly, but I could have sworn he was scrambling late in the game. He's a really tough dude if he was running in a high ankle sprain. I do remember on one of their last possessions, he tried to scramble up through a lane and a DT tackled him a bit awkwardly. I thought at the time that I was surprised he just popped right up. nobody 2,781 Posted yesterday at 04:04 AM Also, if the injury is legit, remember my rule about announcing injuries early. For every day before the game, that's a week, so it would be about 6 weeks given they announced it 6 days before game day.

I think he'll be very good someday but he's obviously nowhere near ready for the Vikings to contend. They should of just overpaid backup money to Danny Dimes just in case
polecatt 485 Posted 7 hours ago I would n't think they're going to bench a 1st Rd pick like that but he's been awful
weepaws 3,252 Posted 4 hours ago It’s good to see a coach making a move that should benefit a team, usually because he’s a first rd pick, they will let him and the team both suffer through it.
