Once again, ICE never stated he overstayed his student visa.  @HellToupee claimed that the ICE dude said that in the recent interview, but while he said all of the other bullets HellToupee listed he did not say that, so that appears to be yet another lie from him.

I know you’re upset because you fell for the careful wording from ICE and thought “he first entered on a student visa” meant he overstayed his student visa.  But looks like you got duped, sorry bud.  Funny because I believe that was you that just (correctly) called out Schumer for doing similar.

He was only found out because Trump's immigration people did their job.  if Kamalatoe had won no one ever knows.  Hell, Biden's immigration court issued a deportation order but didn't bother to deport him and didn't bother to tell his employer.

DMPS says they knew Roberts did not receive a doctorate from Morgan State.  He apparently submitted a resume to the consulting firm saying he did, but DMPS had the revised resume when interviewing final candidates.   Not clear if DMPS knew about the initial version.  You’d think the search firm would have told them, but you’d also think if they did that would have ruled him out of contention, so it’s certainly possible IMO that the district wasn’t aware he lied initially.

DMPS did however say that someone filed a FOIA request (not sure who) sometime AFTER he was hired, and the consulting firm provided the original resume he submitted.  The school board has now turned on him.

This is maybe the 4th story I read that has this statement.  I've never seen a university not be able or willing to confirm a degree.  Now, I know this is a diploma mill, but you'd think they'd at least be able to say, "yes we sold him a degree for doing a survey." It's weird, and it makes me think this university is even shadier than I originally thought.

So he apparently was illegal between 2005 and December 2018, but received an employment authorization that was valid between December 2018 and December 2020.  As I suspected, he had also applied for citizenship via his marriage to a US citizen.  But his application was denied after “a failure to respond to a request for additional information.”

The letter Roberts provided from the Texas attorney was apparently about an effort to reopen his immigration case, which didn’t happen (so still odd IMO for the lawyer to call it a “successful resolution”).  But it seems the lawyer is saying Roberts didn’t pay them lol.

Perhaps the nail in the coffin for him is that they found a copy of the deportation order in a car in his garage.

Decent amount of new information in here.  But nothing about anything that happened prior 1999.  And unless I missed it nothing about the gun charge from 2020 either, or any charges other than the ones this month for that matter.
