Critical thinking says that if he told them that, they would have said so, because they’re trying to make themselves look better.  They have said he told them he was a citizen for example.   They’re trying to say “well we put that in the post and he didn’t correct us, that’s not our fault!”

Nonetheless, I have no reason to doubt the article as I have not seen anything to indicate that him having a valid work authorization until it was revoked in 2024 is incorrect.   It would not surprise me at all if he was only a “legal resident” but claimed to be a citizen.  Why do you think Occam’s razor would say that’s unlikely?

Once again, ICE never stated he overstayed his student visa.  @HellToupee claimed that the ICE dude said that in the recent interview, but while he said all of the other bullets HellToupee listed he did not say that, so that appears to be yet another lie from him.

I know you’re upset because you fell for the careful wording from ICE and thought “he first entered on a student visa” meant he overstayed his student visa.  But looks like you got duped, sorry bud.  Funny because I believe that was you that just (correctly) called out Schumer for doing similar.
