He didn’t provide it before being hired.  We don’t know whether he completed it or not.  We do know that according to the Des Moines board that he did complete it for them (presumably fraudulently), so I wouldn’t be so sure he didn’t complete it for the PA district as well.

Can't just be quite while he waits mind you.  He wants to make sure no one else draws any conclusions until he is satisfied with the evidence which likely needs to include video of Roberts saying he lied about his background along with a signed affidavit saying the video is authentic. 

C’mon this is a lie.  I said to wait for the facts very early on when there were little facts available.  I already said earlier as more was coming out that it wasn’t looking good.  And of course from the very beginning I said it was possible he was a fraudster, which it looks like he was.

There’s still some unanswered questions though.  For example I do still think it’s not been confirmed that he overstayed his student visa.  I saw some reporting in media articles claiming that he had a work authorization that expired in 2020 for example.

I’m also just confused as to why he would even work in such a public role knowing that he had a final deportation order.

Of course.  No one has said differently in any thread.  But given his history of deception and law breaking it seems very likely that the worst interpretations of the data are true.  But you do you and keep defending the indefensible.

This is why I think you're autistic.  Who cares when his Visa expired?  It clearly did.  He has a deportation order.  He hasn't asserted any reason he shouldn't be deported.  Let's just get him the fock out of here and call it a day.

As I said, who cares?  He's an illegal with a deportation order.  Send him home.  The only reason this case is noteworthy is the high level job he had attained but at the end of the day this is a run of the mill illegal immigrant case.

The problem is you only share updates that support one position.  That's how we know your bias.  But if I was a "doctor" who made 300k a year and I wanted to stay in this country I'm not sure I'd pick a lawyer who recently graduated law school to represent me. . He may have but I question the scope of that representation.  That letter is pretty vague.

It's gonna turn out to be crap.  NBC contacted the lawyers office and they confirmed representing him but wouldn't comment beyond that.  If they got him approval to stay in this country there would be some formal document from the GOVERNMENT saying that and his lawyer could have provided that instead of a letter from a lawyer, which has no validity in a court of law.
