Dropped Dowdle to pick him up (ouch) and started him over Rhamandre (double ouch). Can still win with 15.4 from Mahomes tonight. nobody 2,858 Posted October 6 I'm not one for FUs usually, but I lost a game in a league because Demercardo couldn't be bothered to finish the last 10 yards of a play so he could show how cool he is. Too bad it didn't go his way. I'm sure everyone would've been talking about how cool he looked slowing down for the last 10 yards and dropping the ball an inch over the goal line. He could've pulled the Al Bundy... "one time I had a TD and I was so far ahead I just slowed down for the last 10 yards. And get this... get this. Update: I was the #3 scorer of the week, and I went up against the #2. If you consider the 8-point swing on THAT PLAY, I'd have been the high-scorer of the week in my league.. Just having one of those seasons.. I did see a Twitter / X video, where the ARI Head Coach "lit him up," and even physically jostled with him at least twice, when Demercado returned to the sidelines.
