SaintsInDome2006 567 Posted 19 hours ago The audio is recorded by the FBI. He was just asking Vance if he agrees he took it. Instead of answering he blamed the journalist for reporting on it.

squistion 2,433 Posted 18 hours ago Rage quits? Not much of a rage. Vance refused to answer a direct question, why give him another chance for another non-answer?
squistion 2,433 Posted 17 hours ago From my friend Grok: Trump Rejects ABC Reporter's Question After Stephanopoulos Ends Vance Interview President Donald Trump refused to answer a question from an ABC News reporter during a White House press interaction on Tuesday, labeling the network 'fake news' in response to George Stephanopoulos abruptly cutting off Vice President JD Vance's interview on Sunday. The interview ended after Vance avoided directly addressing unproven bribery allegations against Trump's Border Czar Tom Homan, who denies the claims amid an ongoing Justice Department investigation without charges. The incident highlights ongoing tensions between the Trump administration and ABC News, drawing varied public reactions. This story is a summary of posts on X and may evolve over time. Grok can make mistakes, verify its outputs.
TimHauck 3,243 Posted 17 hours ago As I said in a different thread: MAGA is more mad that JD Vance got “cut off” after being given 2 chances to answer the question and refusing, than Homan taking $50K. Lol

Voltaire 5,448 Posted 16 hours ago The answer is 'he did nothing wrong,' not that 'he didn't accept money.' Something seems fishy and we're not being told what happened revolving around this situation. We're getting lawyerly answers but based on the non-denials, it sure does sound like he accepted the money, and if so, whatever happened both before and after that, we've no idea. The most assuring answer would be "There is no tape, Tom Homan didn't accept any money, all of this is BS," and we're not getting that answer. The second most assuring answer is "Here's exactly what happened and this is why we determined that he did nothing illegal," and we don't have that either. I think Tom Homan is doing an excellent job and it would not surprise me that the Biden administration would want to set him up. The conclusion I draw from the careful replies of his defenders is that the tapes are real and he almost surely took a bag with $50K. The circumstances both before and after that alleged exchange are being deliberately clouded in fog and we aren't being told anything other than that once the thing settled down, that he did nothing illegal, lets talk about the Middle East or the government shutdown instead. It's not terribly convincing.
