listen2me 23 1,954 Posted November 9 Bills are a good team that has no chance. They have a top 3 QB who is a bit of a unicorn and they run offense like a 3rd stringer is playing. Nevermind the talent, whoch is poor. Thry run offense that if they arent running it all over and up early have no idea. Screens that dont do anything ot Josh running around until someone is uncovered.

Unfortunately the Cardinals are not playing it today, getting their ass kicked by Seattle. My wife asked me to put Red Zone on instead of the game, so that we don't have to endure the pain full time. Funny thing is, I have Seattle DEF in my main money league.

listen2me 23 1,954 Posted November 11 Classic Packers cant get out of own way. 4th and 1 easy sneak. False start. Punt. 4th an 9? Ball in the numbers, Bo Melton drops it. Chunk gain into redzone to Watson? Oh lined up wrong. Love wasnt great but if Love sucks then not sure what that makes Hurts with 2 top WRs, a good TE, Barkely, and a top OL year in and year out. Hes no where close on routine throws to all star roster. Give him props for the SB and playing well in some games. But hes still very underwhelming as a passer in my eyes. Love many times puts ball in hands even if some were tough throws. Thr Doubs drop? Dont fault the tough catch drop but where else can Love put it? Its a dime. He has much more arm talent than Hurts. He just needs to find more consistency.

It's not even fair to compare the two IMO.

It's not even fair to compare the two IMO. I cant argue with you and understand thats the argument that I will get. Im not nessesarily saying Love is a better player. Just that Love is a better passer with more arm talent. Just by going off last nights game alone not sure how MDC says Love sucks. It wasnt a great game. It was a slobber knocker. Once time ran out on Lafleurs pansy playcalling, Love started tossing it around. Even many of his incompletions are straight out drops or balls that have a chance. Had a 4th and 9 fall incomplete by putting it right on Bo Melton's numbers. I would have to ask MDC what plays he is referring to. Love was a little uncomfortable in the pocket, he usually isnt. Yeah he missed a couple throws. Again not a good game. But I didnt think he was that bad by any means. One offense had Reed (their #1?) Golden out (1st round WR). Kraft their best offensive player this season out. The other had their whole cast of studs. Lafleur reminds me of Joe Brady with the Bills. It doesnt look the same but they run it as much as anyone in passing or neutral situations. No one loves a 2nd and 7 run to set up 3rd and 6 like Lafleur. A Super Bowl champion. I don’t see Love play much, but whenever I do, he usually good for 3-4 errant passes. Last night, he took points off the board with an awful sack and later a fumble that never should have happened. And once he started scrambling it’s was over, because he can’t seem to throw on the run. The receivers definitely didn’t help though. I know Hurts fumbled too, but I judge a ball getting punched out when you’re diving forward differently than Love trying to throw the ball away when he’s clearly wrapped up. And Hurts did toss the game winning TD. Edit: Since I see Love maybe 2x per year it’s 100% possible I’m catching his bad games. But it seems like he’s regressed over the past few years. Love's fumble wasnt any good but it was just a product of trying to much. Not sucking. But he needs to learn to take his lumps and sack. He is amongst the best at sack avoidance traditionally. But he is trying to do too much there. By no means did he play a good game. But 2 4ths he ran and threw for and nullified by a unneeded false start and a drop right in thr numbers on 4th and 9. Generally I feel he runs a good offense and can make all thr throws. Hes not as good as a Rodgers at off balance flings but he can. He is forcing too much but I think a lot if just off with playcalling (see the Bills). Lafleur is one of most run heavy playcallers on a passing or neutral situation. When thry open it up, it usually goes well. I feel Love has most of the tools and is a pretty good dude. Im not sure he will ever be amongst the best in a given year but he is good in my eyes. It wasnt a good game but I didnt think that was awful if you dont dock him too hard for fumbling. He shows he can make NFL throws all game. He throws a nice ball. Thry came out pounding jacobs for like 2 grinding first downs. They have passed thr 50 11 times in last 2 games and have 20 pts off those. Saquon took a dump off for 40 yards. Jacobs got free turned thr wrong way by any logical choice and Love throws it on his left side instead of right. Thats going for 25 if Josh moves in a logical way away from the defender.

Which is actually unusual because he stands in the packet well. What do you mean late in game? He threw a pass to Wicks to start last drive like 18 yards downfield and Wicks dropped it. He got limited help. I understand they dont have a true #1 but by all accounts most here woukd have said Reed is best WR. Hes been out. Watson came back like 3 weeks ago. Kraft their best weapon out. Golden out. Any other QB has this and people are coddling them. Love missed like a couple throws bad in a slobber knocker game. Its not unheard of. They had plenty of chances to score more points. That can be put some on him, but its literally penalties taking away chunks of yards and 4th down conversions. Drop on 4th and 9 by CB Bo Melton. Does Hurts have a CB out there getting targets? listen2me 23 1,954 Posted Wednesday at 10:42 PM Listen im not a stats guy. Nor a rating guy really. But Love is 7th in qbr and 8th in rating after a 10 pt game. He is horrible! Caleb 17th and 20th with a top 10 WR and TE. Dj Moore. Kmet. And thr hottest offensive coach for last 3 years running. If Ben had Sam Darald at QB right noe they would be cooking. Yea probably. I get Caleb was a "generational talent" so maybe he has upside to be great. But by all accounts he is Kyler Murray off the field. Age matters none as neither are even in prime QB years. Bears would be a force with Sam Darnold at QB.
