You brought up "funding by people with agendas." I pointed out, for the thousandth time, that you're an ignorant simp, and now you dig up the goal posts, toss them in the river, and go home with your ball. Byeeeee!

Can you log off for the day now?

So you are saying that scientific research never has any agenda ever and is never funded by anyone ever with an agenda? Furthermore, a government backed study cannot be flawed or have an agenda? Interesting stance you got there. I have a bridge to sell you.

Because I respect you, even though you're a whack job liberal, I checked out the first two links:

1) wouldn't load.  Probably got taken down for being wrong   Ha...That's a joke..but it wouldn't load

2) Long article by an ensign about the impact of climate change.  No discussion about WHY it is happening, just thoughts on how to combat the effects...which I have said from day one...It isn't about stopping it, it's about how do we adapt to it.

My point was that I am not 100% sure it is as much man made as it may be influenced more strongly by other factors.  Now...what are those?  Well that's a great question and should be at least investigated.  But Mike Honcho wants everyone to accept its by humans, and no other discussion needs to be had because anyone that disputes it is just dumb.    That's not science to me

ETA:  read all of them, except the fake one that wont load.   And they all say the same thing.

The respect is mutual, as is the disdain for your boneheaded political opinions.

My point in responding to @Frozenbeernuts was to show that there doesn't need to be a covert agenda to acknowledge the reality of climate change and seawater levels raising, not to determine cause. DOD, USACE, and the Naval Institute are reacting to perceived future threats that they accept to be true, regardless of the political messaging coming from whichever admin happens to be in control. If anything, these links support your view that we should be less concerned with cause and more concerned with mitigation.

This also serves as a response to frozenbeerbrains top of page response to me, so I don't have to quote him and fock up the day of anyone that rightly has him on ignore.

When you rise your bike on main roads and piss everyone off and create a dangerous condition, do you wear the racing team shirts and top? If so, which one?

I don't deny that the global temperature is rising.  Anyone can see that.   What I have serious issues with is blaming it entirely on fossil fuel use( or 99% cause Mike Honcho gets his panties in a bunch if I say 100%).   And the response to that has been and seems like it always will be ineffective and un-implementable solutions.  So that frosts me.   That and the fact that you are an intelligent guy, and yet still a lunatic liberal.

You keep repeating this straw man. No one thinks global warming is due 100% (or even 99%) due to manmade emissions.

Everything.   The elimination of fossil fuels is the biggest of course.  electric vehicles.  Dumb.  Eliminating gas stoves in homes.  eliminating the use of natural gas...etc etc.....

No one here said 100% of global warming is due to manmade emissions. Not once. Just stop.
