The Blaze didn’t retract their story until the arrest of Cole, even though the FBI had cleared the woman they irresponsibly named like a week earlier.  What the Blaze did was far worse than what Tapper did.

The DOJ doesn’t seem too interested in prosecuting this terrorist. They got smacked down for trying to delay the first hearing until after JAN 6 2026… which would be after the statute of limitations expired for charging him with conspiracy.

I still can’t wrap my head around this. DOJ does great work, then it tries to reverse screw up its own case, to which the defendant objects & confesses to preempt being let off the hook.

It’s possible FBI did its job taking advantage of new technologies like AI, forcing DOJ’s hand.

Also the Pirro DC USA has been astoundingly incompetent as the acquittal rate has gone from below 1% to something like 20%.

So you think that a court with less than a 1 pct acquittal rate is a sign of a fair and just court? Your ignorance on the matters of the legal system is astounding. You really shouldn’t talk so much on the subject.

That’s typical around the country. DOJ for almost its whole history has had a policy that a case can only be brought if there’s a near certainty of conviction. That’s been true everywhere.
