I went from a size 30/30 jeans waist junior year to squeezing into 38/30

I still feel fat thought. PTSD

I’m just under 6 feet and weigh a little over 185 now. 175 is my ideal weight - I’ll get back there in the New Year. I try not to worry around XMas.

5'11, between 170-175, just measured 172.5.  32" waist.  I was maybe more like 180 out of college, but I also had more muscle then.  

I did go through a fatter stage in my 30s and early 40s -- around 193 for years and thought that was normal, until I ballooned up over 200, which for my frame is not a good look.  That was around when I thought the 34" waist pants were a little snug, time for some 36s!  We just went through a bunch of old pictures for a slideshow we did at our party this past weekend, my wife was like "dood, I didn't realize how fat you were back then!"

That's a good point. My buddy I was best friends with in High School went on to be a big roid head. He was like 6 feet tall, jacked. He probably wore 2x. We played softball and his nickname was "Big Sexy" (kevin nash)
