I don’t follow Baltimore that closely but did think the answer Lamar gave after the game was pretty weird. He was asked if he thought Harbaugh should be the coach next year and just went on about how the game just ended. Was an easy answer, he passed.

I mean he’s been dominate for years, he’s uber talented obviously but kind of hard to buy he wasn’t doing stuff he needed to. But who knows.

Tennessee has a shitton of money to spend, a decent looking young QB a stud on defense. That would be the other good looking one.

If the Raiders weren’t owned by the bowl haircut oddball and seemingly cursed that would also be a good spot.

Not that the Giants are some pinnacle of a franchise recently.   But these other franchises are not attractive jobs.  Rosters aside, the browns, titans, raiders, cards?  These arent destinations that are ever sexy.

The giants have been hot garbage for a decade but are a storied franchise with rich history, in NY metro, a chance for a coach to return the franchise to greatness.

I remember wanting the Hawks to draft him and he kept sliding and they kept passing. 

He was raw and took a while.  Titans didnt spend a high pick (3rd round?).  But they didnt give him long enough.   He was always going to need a couple years.  I do think Packers have coached him up well and Lafleur draws up good gameplans for him.  

Hes a good player tho.  A team that isnt in position to take a QB high or doesnt like any that will be there should pick Willis up over some old vet like Cousins.  Malik is worth an audition.

I agree.  Its still a much more attractive job than HC of those other franchises mentioned.

The Raiders job isn’t totally unattractive. Cant really rate the GM since he’s new, but the 1st overall pick, a few weapons and tons of cap space. Plus ground floor expectations. Titans might not be totally undesirable either, depending on how you feel about Cam Ward.

Giants have some pieces and probably win 3 more games with better coaching. How you feel about that job depends on whether you’re a believer in Dart. I think the jury is still out.

Like I said rosters aside.  A place like Tennessee on paper is one of the least desirable spots in the league.  Places like Tennessee or Arizona seem more 1st time HC coordinator type hires.  Established guys with a name dont seem to gravitate to those spots.  

Raiders would be the class of that list because of 1st pick and its Vegas.  Get to talk football with Brady.  

Im sure HC candidates that have options will certainly want to consider thr rosters and assets.  But those jobs just arent attractive ever off face value.
